Welcome to Camden Machine & Tool, Inc. By using our website, requesting a quote, submitting drawings or specifications, or entering into a machining or job shop agreement with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.
1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of our website and the general framework for our machining and job shop services. A separate written purchase order, quote acceptance, or similar instrument signed or accepted by you and Camden Machine & Tool, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) controls specific pricing, scope, delivery, warranties, and duties for each job. If that document conflicts with these terms on a particular point, the job-specific agreement prevails for that work.
2. Services we provide
We offer machine shop and industrial machinery-related services, which may include, depending on your agreement:
- CNC and manual milling, turning, and general machining from customer-supplied drawings or models
- Prototype, short-run, and production quantities within our equipment capabilities
- Welding, fabrication, assembly, and finishing coordinated with machined components
- Inspection, dimensional verification, and repair or rebuild support where agreed
- Customer communication regarding quotes, revisions, schedules, billing, and service matters
We perform services in accordance with applicable Texas and federal law, agreed specifications, and standard practices for industrial machinery and job shop work.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate drawings, models, specifications, quantities, materials, tolerances, and delivery requirements
- Identify design responsibility, fit, function, and performance criteria that affect machining choices
- Ensure designs and instructions are lawful and suitable for intended use
- Provide timely approvals for samples, revisions, and production release when requested
- Notify us promptly of changes to contact information, schedules, shipping addresses, or billing details
4. Fees and billing
- Machining charges, material costs, tooling, rush fees, outside processing, delivery charges, and taxes are set out in your quote, purchase order, invoice, or written agreement
- Unless stated otherwise, you remain responsible for costs caused by drawing errors approved by you, late changes after production release, cancelled work already in progress, and special handling requested after quoting
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We use professional skill and care in machining and inspection, but we do not guarantee fit or function in every field application without appropriate verification, coordinated surveys, or approved first articles where the project requires them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of materials, carriers, or third-party services.
6. Third parties
We may coordinate with material suppliers, heat treaters, platers, carriers, and other vendors. Their warranties and limitations may apply separately. We are not liable for third-party delays or defects except to the extent caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care where required by law or agreement.
7. Website use
- Content is for general information; it is not engineering, legal, or compliance advice
- You may not scrape, hack, or misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- We may change or discontinue site features without notice
8. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding used by Camden Machine & Tool, Inc. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-supplied drawings and models remain your property subject to your agreement with us; we may retain copies as needed for production records and warranty support.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camden Machine & Tool, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website, excluding machining services governed by a separate written agreement or mandatory law, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camden Machine & Tool, Inc. and its personnel from claims arising from inaccurate specifications, unlawful designs, misuse of machined products, or conditions outside our control, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct as finally determined by a court.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another state’s laws. Venue provisions in your machining or supply agreement, if any, apply to disputes under that agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional notice.
